History
Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. was established in 1993 with manager Valeri Georgiev Vasilev. Imoti Bulgaria is the successor of Agencia Nedvizhimi Imoti Konsortsium (Real Estate Agency Consortium), which had been on the realtor market since 1991. Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. was accepted member of the National Realtor Association and the Varna Realtor Association in 1999.
2002: Bates and Imoti Bulgaria, both well established on the Bulgarian and the whole East-European market established a joint venture Bates
Imoti Bulgaria seated in Sofia.
2002: Opened a new branch of the company in Belgrade.
2003: Incorporated a daughter company of IPC Nekretnine Ltd. (International Property Consultant Yugoslavia Ltd.).
Through its ten-year history, Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. established itself as a major company on the realtor market. The company has implemented investment projects in all district centers (Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Yambol, Sliven, Silistra, Dobrich, Gabrovo, Stara Zagora and other), and also in Yugoslavia and Croatia. Owing to its wide network of associated offices, the company offers services in over 86 countries worldwide.
For 2002 Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. was the national leader by trade turnover and earnings in the realtor trade.
Currently Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. has more than 20 motivated highly qualified associates who work for the company’s main priorities: provision of client-oriented and highly professional services. The company has been also selected as a preferred establishment for the practical training of American students.
