OMV AG Austria through its company OMV Bulgaria EOOD is one of the major international investors in Bulgaria with total amount of investments over 100 million Euro. OMV used the intermediary of Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. for the implementation of its investment program. Contract is signed for each particular project by force of which Imoti Bulgaria Ltd. purchases the land on its behalf and prepares the needed building documents according to international standards. When the building documents are ready, Imoti Bulgaria transfers the ownership over the land.
