Imoti Bulgaria Co. sells cars on leasing of all the trade marks that are officially imported in the Republic of Bulgaria.
The client willing to buy a leasing car from Imoti Bulgaria chooses the make and brand of the car.

After the leasing conditions are negotiated the client purchases the car from Imoti Bulgaria Co and begins to pay leasing installments the price of the offered cars is calculated as follows:
When purchasing a car at a leasing price, the leasing price is calculated as follows:
The delivery price (i.e. the price at which the car has been purchased by Imoti Bulgaria) is raised depending on the leasing period.
The pay off term for the cars is from one to five years.
The raised price will be:
· 12 months 18%
· 24 months 36%
· 36 months 54%
· 48 months 72%
· 60 months 90%
The car remains property of the leaser, i.e. Imoti Bulgaria until it is payed off by the client.
The client prepays 30% of the delivery price of the car. The client insures the car at at his expence and on the name of Imoti Bulgaria with Auto Casco Insurance policy. The car is paid off in US dollars by the "sell" exchange rate of the crediting bank. The leasing term is from one to five years. The leasing price is formed by raising the basic price by 18% a year.
The insurance costs (full Auto Casco + leasing insurance) are up to 9.85% of the price for one year and 8.7% for the second and the third year. 30% of the delivery price is prepaid and the remaining amount is divided in equal installments depending on the leasing term.
If the client wishes to pay off the car before the end of the leasing term, then the price of the car is decreased according to the conditions of the Lease Contract.
